and then i received a letter saying it will destroy it, im ok with dat but then the letter said if i do an order like taht again i can get into legal problems. I don’t want that so iI asked for my money back from the company and they told me they had reshipped the order without my aproval, can i get in trouble for this, since inbound will get another package in my name.

They haven’t reshipped them, they ripped you off twice; once by selling you pills that don’t work and secondly by telling you they have reshipped them.
