ok i know some may find this informative and some may find it silly but i know a ton of ppl are trying to find the easiest ways to lose weight jus like me and believe me after YEAARRSSS of searching i finally found an effective tasty way to lose weight. ive only been on nutrisystem for a week and feel lighter and slimmer. i lost 3 pounds. some excersize involved. dont believe when u read those reviews where ppl say it tastes like crap or dog food. OMG it tastes SOOOOOO good! i was skeptical about buying it cuz of all these reviews i read and they all said it tasted terrible but ive already been on an all soy diet and i figured it couldnt be worse than that. im telling u just follow their easy directions and ull be on ur way to weight loss in no time! o and ppl r saying that it doesnt help u for after when the diet is over but it technically does because ive realized that its all about portions. ive been eating all these tasty meals and deserts and i feel like im cheating. its basically like a boost for people who want to only do it once since its a bit pricey for a monthly thing. jus gotta remember afterwards that its all about portion control, water, and eating small meals during the day. it comes with a food diary that could actually be used afterwards. also the trays that the food come in gave me an idea. im gonna keep them and for future meals, when i get off nutrisystem, im gona put my portions in there when i eat at home and that will help a lot in remembering not to fill my plate. just remember to pick ur custom menu at the website when ordering if u decide to order. it helps to pick ur favorite foods. they all taste good so go for it. well anyway i hope this helps anyone who was thinking about trying nutrisystem. PLEASE do. u WONT regret it!
