I’m 13 years old and I weigh 167 lbs. I really want to lose weight and be healthy because I never was. My goal weight is 120 and I would like to reach it by September or December at latest. Do you know of a good healthy custom diet and/or exercise plan I could use? Thanks for the help, please don’t leave any rude comments…
I can’t use Acai berry because my parents won’t let me take a diet supplement…

dont take any kinds those bull fuc,k,ing sh1ting diet supplyments from those people who comment link on this page.
first of all, if you don’t change your daily consumption routine, ur not going to see great result.(it does not mean that ur not going to see result)
1. go out and jog for atleast 30 minutes at every evening. (after 30 minutes, your body burns fat.)
2.drink atleast half gallon of water. it will help your internal organs to do their functions well and active.(which allows you to use more calorie)
3. eat 300 or 500 calorie less from ur normal calorie cunsumtion.( like if you normaly eat 2000 calorie a day, try to eat 1500)
4. say F YOU to fast-foods, like burgers or anykinds of fried food or snacks.
5. eat small meals 6 times a day. (it boost your metabolism, thus u will lose additional weights.)
if you obey these 5 rules and jog 30 minutes after ur dinner, everytimes, i can GAURANTEE you to lose 1 to 2 pounds of pure body fat every single week.
its going to be tough, but it will change your life. always push ur self.
oh another thing, if you eat junk foods after workout, that hardwork is just completly ruined. just to make sure ya know.
