Hi guys, and thanks, Anyways, I am a male who wants to build ripped, toned, defined muscle, but i think I might need a custom daily workout plan, and i thought the great people on y answers could make me one. First off, my diet is set in stone, it is indian food, which ranges from saag paneer, which is spinach with cheese chunks, to goat meat, which is low fat. It is usually eaten with rotti, which is usually similar to flat bread. I cant afford anything like p90x or insanity right now. I do have unlimited gym membership, but i can go only four times on a good day. So i would like to know, how to build muscle at the gym with Equipment, and how to at home with none. After that I would like you great people to make me a custom .workout plan for me , and i will give you all ten points. Also what are sets and reps. Thanks

I would recommend going to the gym 3-4 times a week, anything more and you risk overtraining. I like 4 day splits because I feel like I can’t get everything done with 3. A good split would be Chest/Triceps,Back/Biceps,Legs,Shoulders/Traps. For bigger muscle groups perform around 12 sets and smaller muscle groups stay around 9 sets. And remember your triceps get worked during pushing movements and biceps get hit during pulling exercises.
Chest/Triceps
-Bench press,Incline bench, flies.
-dips, close grip bench press, pushdowns, skull crushers
Back/Biceps
-Dead lifts, pull ups, rows
-Barbell curls, dumbbell curls
Legs
-squats,leg press, leg ext. stiff leg dead lifts
Shoulders/Traps
-Shoulder press (dumbbell or barbell), lateral raise, front raise, (can be done with cables or dumbbells),upright rows
-shrugs
You should do 3-4 sets per exercise and do compound exercises at the beginning of the workout. I like to keep my sets from 6-12 reps but everybody is different so play around.This should be your target rep area though. Take 1-2 minutes rest between sets. Also try to keep your workouts under an hour. Hope this helps.

And when you tell me what exercises to do at home, don’t just say something like, do five push ups, tell me how to do things like push ups. Thank you for taking the time to make me personal workout plan would 45 pushups and crunches, plus an hour on the treadmill a night get me super ripped
